Metin Usta Hamsiköy Rice Pudding was founded in 2011 in a small 50-square-meter workshop in Hamsiköy, Maçka district of Trabzon. Our rice puddings, prepared using traditional methods and only natural ingredients, quickly became one of the most beloved desserts in the region.

In 2014, we started production in more modern and hygienic facilities. With our commitment to quality products and customer satisfaction, we rapidly expanded. In addition to our two branches in Trabzon, we have widened our production and sales network in various districts of Istanbul to bring the unique flavors of Hamsiköy to more people.
