Our flavor journey began in 2011 at a 50-square-meter workshop in the Hamsiköy settlement of Maçka district, Trabzon, under the name Metin Usta Hamsiköy Rice Pudding. In 2014, we moved production to modern facilities and, with the support of our valued customers, have been providing uninterrupted service ever since. Starting in Trabzon, this journey has expanded with branches opened in Maçka and Meydan within the city, as well as branches in Istanbul including Erenköy, Beylikdüzü, Tuzla, Maltepe, Kavacık, and Ataşehir. Our goal is to make you feel as if you are experiencing the unique natural atmosphere of the Hamsiköy highlands with every spoonful you taste. To achieve this, we continue to work hard to offer better service to our valued customers.

Hamsiköy rice pudding is made only from milk, sugar, a small amount of salt, and rice; it contains no other additives.
You can keep our rice pudding refrigerated at +4°C for up to 6 days.
